Skeeter is a 2005 black and white homozygous paint stallion, currently 15.2 hands at the hip and still
growing and filling out.  He started cutting and reining training with the professional trainer, Robert Hartley
in March 2008 and will be in training for the next year or two.  He will be professionally shown on the paint
circuit in cutting and reining, WP and in hunter under saddle in 2009 so watch for him.  Skeeter has the
movement and build to be a very competitive all around horse in english and western events.  Skeeter is a
super smooth mover,  has a nice western jog, a smooth lope, and a natural headset.  He also has a natural
sliding stop and is very cowy.
Skeeters pedigree is packed full of champions that have been highly recognized in the show ring.  He is a
grandson of Gallant move who was a three time APHA supreme champion, only the 39th horse to have
achieved this status.  He is a great grandson of the Gallant Ghost who earned superiors in halter, western
pleasure, and ROMs in barrel racing, heading, heeling, hunter under saddle, reining and western riding.  He
goes back to Painted Tru Tru who had points in halter and a ROM in heading, racing, roping and heeling.
Peppy spook is also in his pedigree and was a 16 time grand champion and had merits in barrels, racing,
hunter under saddle and a superior in western pleasure.  Skeeter has the bloodlines and ability to be a
good all around horse in the show ring.  Check out his pedigree by clicking this link

Skeeter has been tested by U.C. Davis and is homozygous for the tobiano gene, which means he will
only produce colored foals.  His first foals this year were a gorgeous black and white tobiano colt and a
buckskin and white tobiano colt.  The buckskin and white colt took grand champion at his first halter show
at a month old.   Both colts have their dads quiet temperament and perfect confirmation.  Skeeter will
produce good all around foals that will excel in any discipline and be very level headed.  Check out the
pictures of his buckskin and white tobiano colt on skeeters foal page 2008.

Skeeters stud fee is 650.00 for the 2008/2009 breeding season. This includes the first shipment of semen.  If
a second shipment of semen is needed it is an additional 200.00.  Shipped semen and AI only.    I offer a
LCFG, (live colored foal guarantee).  Click on the link below to email us if you are interested in breeding to
Gallants Secret Wepn.  Skeeter is a great cross on warmblood mares, so if you are looking for your next
colored warmblood foal look no further. Please email me with any questions, I would love to hear from you..

Skeeters first foal was born in may, a big beautiful black and white stud colt.  Due to a difficult labor we lost
the foal.  I do not have any pictures of his first foal but I will tell you that he was GORGEOUS, had perfect
confirmation and was very well marked.  We were looking very forward to his first foal and are very sad to
have lost him.  He will be known to us as Gallants Secret Legend.
